Hi Friends! It’s been awhile, hasn’t it? I sure have missed blogging and connecting with you all here. Life has been full of some crazy twists and turns this past year and I’m happy to share some very exciting news!
But before we get to that, here is what Organized to a T has been up to. The simple answer? I’ve been lucky enough to be really busy! This last year was chock full of clients and I’m so grateful to them for putting their trust in me to help them lead easier, more organized lives. Unfortunately, with being a one woman show, the social media aspect of my company suffered. Because I have a serious super-woman complex I figured I could absolutely handle the needs of all my clients and continue to reach out to others on social media. Well, you can go ahead and put that idea under the “Epic Fail” category. I quickly realized my time and energy was better spent focusing on my clients and making sure all their organizational needs were met. Choosing this path worked very well for my business but I learned along the way that what suffered most was my creative outlet. I love blogging and posting tips and sharing new and exciting organizing ideas. It was an important lesson in balance and one I hope I can continue to learn from and teach others about. You can expect to see a lot more posts here and across other social media channels.
So what’s this exciting news? I’m writing this blog from my new home office in beautiful Charlotte, North Carolina! An opportunity arose for my family and I to pick up and move 3,000 miles and we decided to take it. Never has a place felt so immediately like home. The people are wonderful, the scenery is amazing (all these trees!) and don’t even get me started on the food (if you’ve never had Queen Charlotte Pimento Cheese Royale, I suggest you change that. Immediately).
I miss my So Cal clients a lot but I’m excited for the chance to start changing lives on the other side of the country. If you have friends or family in the Charlotte area (and that includes northern central South Carolina!) please make sure to let them know about Organized to a T. Life is easier when it’s organized and I’m here to help you get there!
